InstaInsure Pro app for iPhone and iPad

Max Bupa InstaInsure is a unified solution for agents and agency manager, which is integrated with all MBHI core systems. It will help agents sell insurance policies across all platforms. It is aimed at simplifying the selling experience of its insurance agents with the aid of a streamlined and interactive support system. The agents can use this app to complete the policy sale process including collection of payment from customers via electronic mode.

For agency managers, the app will help manage end to agent on-boarding process.

Features (Agent):
1. Support on mobile, tablet and desktop with an interactive experience across all platforms.
2. Log in to the system with the same credentials as that of Spectrum login.
3. The product display remains the same as that on the Max Bupa website.
4. Simplify the selling process with online and offline premium calculator.
5. The work basket makes way for draft saved proposal editing, capturing historical data and checking the status of a submitted application.
6. Agent gets the option to make online payments, modes of payment being the same as that on Max Bupa website.
7. Post the payment submission, policy number is generated and e-kit is sent to both the customer and the agent.
8. The agent as well the customer are notified via email and SMS.

Features (Agency Manager):
1. Agency manager will be able to track his monthly targets, & achievements.
2. Launch process to on-board a new agent from app home screen.
3. View list of pending on boarding and analyse various reasons like incomplete documentation, verification pending etc to streamline agent on-boarding process.
4. Upload agents documents and get them verified in the system.
5. Schedule IC 38 exam for issuance of fresh agent licenses.
6. Details of prospective agent can be added through app and Agent prospect list can be viewed from here to follow up.
